To keep up with advancing technology,
off-the-shelf RFID
labeling heads by NJM and Fox IV Labelers are offered to mount directly to our
conveyor. These manufacturers offer state of the art RFID technology. The label
head can be positioned to apply to the product surface before or after wrapping.
The most common wrapped products can be labeled to the
smooth surface after the wrap is applied.

Click to Play Video The CD Speed Wrap and the DVD Speed Wrap
are fully automatic table top units designed to overwrap CD or DVD cases
at high speed with little user intervention. When your output needs the
professional edge or simply requires those receiving discs to know they
have not been tampered with, wrapping is the ultimate solution. The
Speed Wrappers are an easy to use, cost effective option. They provide a
neat even case wrap with perfect seams time after time. The result is a
cigarette type wrap finish.
Easy To Use
The Speed Wrap simply needs a power socket and roll of wrapping sheet to
start wrapping DVD or CD cases, users simply place up to 25 cases in the
input tray and press the start button. Once operating, the unit can wrap
up to 1200 cases per hour.
Advanced Technology
The DVD Speed Wrap allows the user maximum control with sealing
temperature being electronically controlled and adjustable. For safety,
the unit will stop automatically in the unlikely event of a jam. This
protects the user and allows them to efficiently proceed with wrapping
discs with the minimum of trouble. This unit can be integrated into any
automated production line.
Semi-automatic CD-DVD wrapping station
Also available is the VS-4000 semi-automatic CD-DVD wrapping station.
Operators wishing to wrap small to medium quantities of CD and DVD
cases can now achieve a quality finish equal to the standard of more
expensive finishing machines, with the VS4000 series of overwrappers.

The CopyDisc 4 Platinum delivers easy to use, fully
automated CD and DVD duplication. The standalone copier
combines a small footprint with the renowned metal
framework found on our entire range of CopyDisc Platinum
units. The CopyDisc 4 Platinum will fit comfortably
within any environment, be it an office or a
professional production facility.
The CopyDisc 4 Platinum is fitted with the very
latest industry-leading CD-R or DVD±R drives offering
high-speed duplication of up to 220 discs at a time.
All commands are entered via the control panel, blank
discs are picked from the input spindle by the precision
robotic arm and placed into the waiting drives. The
CopyDisc 4 Platinum duplicator will then not only
automatically detect the type of CD/DVD master without
any user intervention, but will also provide "frame
accurate" data and audio.
Print Option
Users of the CopyDisc 4 have maximum versatility and can
choose from a range of leading CD and DVD print
technologies to complete the disc publishing process.
Print options include the OptiPrinter Pro inkjet
printer, the TEAC P-55 thermal re-transfer printer and
the Prism thermal printers, making it incredibly simply
to copy and print quality discs at the touch of a
button.
Networking
All CopyDisc Platinum models are standalone which means
that a PC is not required to operate them. However, as
an alternative, it is also possible to network your
CopyDisc using DiscPilot networking software, a factory
fitted option that provides multiple users with access
to a CopyDisc automatic duplicator. To find out more
