Series Orbital Stretch Wrapping
machine specifically designed for long narrow products such as pipes, steel
bars, long cardboard boxes, bumpers, gutters, furniture components, shelving
etc. Powered In-feed and exit conveyors from QC
Industries can adapt to most production lines. PLC
controlled automated horizontal spiral wrapping or banding, cutting and cycle
start features provide continuous operation with easy to change stretch rolls. Available
in 10", 18" and 24" (tunnel) diameters. Stand-alone non conveyor units also available.

Here are a few

wrap it. Common applications are carpet rolls, siding, gutters, pipes,
tubes, foam, frozen food products, shelving and wood products.

The pitch of the wrap is easily adjusted on the touch
screen and extra
pre and post wraps are easily added for extra protection and hold on
the
ends. These metal roof shingles were wrapped in a "candy cane" pitch to
allow moisture to escape for carton shipping.

Every product is unique and that is why we can tool up
our demo machine and run your samples on video for you and your
colleagues to evaluate without getting on a plane. We can evaluate your
product for production, make recommendations and give you accurate cycle
